Industrial belts in Algeria
In Algeria, FIMM distributes ContiTech power transmission belts, the industrial division of Continental: synchronous, V-belts and ribbed belts for compressors, pumps, air-cooled heat exchangers and rotating machinery. On air-cooled heat exchangers at Oil & Gas sites, belts must be antistatic in accordance with ISO 9563.

In hazardous areas, a belt can build up static electricity; ISO 9563 ensures it is safely discharged.
